By registering for a Damascus Fiber Arts School activity, you are agreeing to allow photos/videos to be taken and possibly used for publicity on our school website, Facebook and Instagram pages.
Participants in any DFAS activity are expected to be polite and respectful. In the unlikely circumstance of intolerable behavior, a person shall be asked to leave the premises, with no expectation of a refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
If DFAS cancels a workshop or class for any extenuating circumstance* beyond the control of DFAS and/or the workshop instructor, full refunds will be issued to all participants. DFAS will do everything possible to avoid cancellations, including relocating the workshop within the metro area. If the class is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified at least 14 days prior to the start of the workshop and you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any other costs, such as travel or accommodation.
Refunds will be issued when registration is closed and the workshop/class has started.
- Canceling 21+ days prior to workshop = full refund minus 20% of tuition, with a cap of $50
- Canceling 10-20 days prior to workshop = 50% refund
- Canceling less than 10 days prior to workshop = 0% refund
