Damascus Fiber Arts School proudly sends congratulations to our Treasurer and community member Candace Pratt for being featured in two magazines, Novum Artis and National Basketry Organization’s Spring Issue Basketry+.
Novum Artis has named Candace the lead “Artist of Merit” for her work with fiber and glass.
Basketry+ magazine profiled Candace Pratt as the “contemporary basketry and vessel artist”. The magazine cover features her sculpture: “Native Grasses: In Harmony with Fire”.
Inside the cover you will find a multi-page article titled, ‘On A New Path’ by freelance writer Noelle Foye.
