Ila McCallum

Ila McCallum has lived her entire life in the beautiful Willamette Valley and nature is her main inspiration. A lifelong love of fiber arts has helped form her aesthetic of simpler lines and love of color. Tapestry gives her a way to express the beauty of the world around her in fiber, color, and texture using handwoven lines and shape. The addition of words in some of her tapestries adds another dimension to expressing the idea of the piece.
